Meet the office:
Everyone at 4 Buyers Real Estate is a buyer's agent. We never represent sellers.

Rona Fischman became an agent in August 1991. She liked working with buyers from the very beginning.  She became a buyers agent, and joined the Massachusetts Association of Buyers Agents in December 1991. She vowed to not work for sellers at all, in April 1992. She have never looked back...
She works in and around Cambridge/Somerville as well as the western suburbs. She worked for eleven years in a Newton buyer agency. And six in a Belmont buyer agency. She is a former Deaf-Blind Rehab specialist, licensed as a teacher and guidance counselor.


Dianne Schaefer especially likes working in Arlington, Cambridge and surrounding towns. Her specialty is old houses, which there are plenty of in the greater Boston area. She is a former graphic designer.


4 Buyers Real Estate is a new company.

Rona Fischman opened 4 Buyers Real Estate in April 2008. She is a founding member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents and serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Buyers Agents. She was tapped to blog for Boston.com as the buyer agent from June 2007 to February 2008 and returned in April 2008. She worked for six years in a Belmont exclusive buyer agency and for eleven at one in Newton. Now she is setting out in her own enterprise with Dianne Schaefer.

Dianne has extensive experience in both design and houses. She serves on the Arlington Historic Commission and learned a lot from her experiences owning an antique home in Arlington.  Dianne brings experience in home renovation and knowledge of zoning to the table. She has great taste!
