She brings this knowledge along with her personal experience of restoring a Victorian home to your search for you next home.  Before being a buyer's agent, Dianne had a career in editing and graphic design. Dianne has taken the coursework for a ABR certification (Accredited Buyer Representative,) which is the NAR certification for buyer's agents.

4 Buyers Real Estate is one of a small number of real estate firms which has chosen not to practice designated agency. Instead, we work with buyers and only buyers in the greater Boston area.

What our clients say:

“First off, if you're buying a home, my wife & I think you should hire a buyer broker. On a purchase of this magnitude, it's best to have your adviser be someone who's on your side and looking out for your best interests. But which buyer broker? We unhesitatingly recommend Rona. She's smart, hardworking, and witty (and that helps a lot in the home-buying process!). Even if you absolutely fall in love with a home, she'll tell you its drawbacks, which throws cold water on your enthusiasm but is necessary to make a clear-eyed decision on whether you should buy and how much you should pay. Her fee structure is a bit complicated -- even math whizzes need her to explain it twice -- but it does ensure that her interests are aligned with yours (basically, after a base level determined by your price range, she is rewarded if she can get you a home at a discount to its listed price). We've already bought one home with her help and when we eventually move hope to use her services again.” October 26, 2007 Top qualities: Personable, Expert, High Integrity

“Rona is a true leader in her field. She is a leading proponent of exclusive buyer agency; utterly rejecting the conflicts of interest that are unfortunately the norm in real estate, and spreading the word to help buyers get a fairer deal. Rona's services were essential for us when we bought our home, and she brought so much more than anyone could expect from a service provider... in addition to her integrity, she shows great pragmatism, sensitivity, and grace under pressure. She has another quality that I think is important for any buyer who's spending many weekends driving around with an agent: her kindness and sense of humor makes the process fun. I think so highly of Rona's work that years after she helped us buy our house, I did consulting work for her, mostly for the satisfaction of working who's so good at what she does.” November 4, 2007 Top qualities: Personable, Expert, High Integrity
